I lost my password. How do I
get a new one?
Go to the password recovery page to
have a new password e-mailed to you.
How to I set my profile picture?
Click on the "Edit Profile/Account" link. Next, click on the "Photos"
link. If you haven't uploaded any pictures, do so now. When you upload your picture
you have the option to set that picture to the one shown in your profile by checking
the check box. Otherwise, you can click on the "Set Primary Photo" link, to the
right of your photo, to set your profile picture.
Why can't I log in?
If you tried to log in with the wrong password many times, your account
will be locked for several minutes. Please come back and try again. Also, cookies
need to be enabled for you to login.
Deleted Profiles
If your account has been deleted, it means you have broken some of the
rules on this webite. Some of these rules inclue:
- You must be 18 years old.
- You uploaded pornographic images.
- You uploaded drawings instead of real photos.
- Spam
- Fake profiles
- Many users reported against you.

What are Matches?
Our website features Single and Double Matches. This is an easier way to
let someone know that you are interested. Basically when you send a match request,
the other person will receive it and he or she will select "Yes" if they want to
meet you, or "No" if they don't. If both of you want to meet, the Single Match becomes
a Double Match. You can view your matches here.
What are Favorites?
Favorites are like bookmarks for the people you are interested in. When
you add someone to your Favorites list, he/she will be able to see that they are
a part of your list. This is another way to let someone know you are interested.
However, we recommend sending a match request for better responses.
Some of my mail is missing!
If you mail is missing either you deleted them, or the other person has
deleted his/her account. When you remove your account,
all messages related to you
are also deleted.
